Mental Health

If your mental or emotional state quickly gets worse or deteriorates, this can be called a "Mental Health Crisis." In this situation, it is important to get help quickly. 

Please call the Mental Health Helpline on 08000014331 and their dedicated local staff will support you to access the help you need. The phone line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You should always call 999 or go to A&E if you have an immediate, life-threatening emergency requiring mental or physical health assistance.

National Debt line

Get advise from trained experts in the field of debt by visiting www.nationaldebtline.org

There are many government schemes that can help you manage your debt. You are not alone and it is always better to seek help and advice as soon as you see a problem ahead.
